岗位职责： Responsibilities 1、负责公司劳动关系管理。 This position is responsible for labor relations management. 2、负责用工合规化的监督与管理，负责相应制度文件的合规化初步修订。 Responsible for the supervision and management of the compliance of employment, responsible for the compliance and revision of related procedure and documents. 3、负责劳动争议处理，调解员工与企业的分歧。 Responsible for labor dispute processing, mediation of employees and enterprise. 4、配合领导作好员工的思想情绪调查，掌握员工动态，提出解决问题办法。 Cooperate with superior to survey the staff's thoughts and emotions, grasp the staff's dynamics, and propose solutions. 5、负责劳动纪律管理。 Responsible for discipline management. 6、负责处理员工关系方面突发性事件。 Handle emergencies regarding employee relations. 7、负责处理劳资纠纷引起的法律事务，如调解、仲裁、法律诉讼。 Responsible for dealing with the legal issues from labor disputes, such as mediation, arbitration and lawsuit . 8、完成上级交办的临时工作。 Other duties as assigned. 岗位要求： Qualification: 1、大学本科，人力资源管理、经济管理、海洋工程、法学或相关专业。 Bachelor, human Resources, Business Administration, Offshore Engineering , Law or relevant majors. 2、熟悉公司历史与文化以及企业文化相关知识 ，熟悉《劳动法》和相关法律。 Be familiar with company’s history and culture, familiar with Labor Law and relevant laws and regulations. 3、5年以上人力资源工作经验。 5 years relevant working experience. 4、具有较强的组织能力、理解和判断能力。 Strong organization capability、understanding and decision-making. 5、较强的文字组织和沟通能力。 Good writing and communication skills. 6、具有满足工作需要的英语能力。 Good English skills. 7、品行端正，处事公正，原则性、保密性强，敬业爱岗，廉洁自律。 Well-behaved, fair, high-principled, reliable on confidential documents and information, hard-working, honest and self-disciplined.
